To provide efficient manpower in most economical manners which meet all standards and requirements of production, following are the salient points for your consideration We ensure that statutory requirements of the Government are met. We prepare our employees for the workplace by making it mandatory to watch the WHMIS Instructional video at time of registration. We are an extension of your Human Resources Department with a specific focus – staffing your contract and temporary personnel requirements. Working together helps us to provide you with a qualified workforce which results in higher Productivity. This decreases time you spend on day-to-day administration of contract and temporary personnel, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Our Screening Method is as Follow

1. All Candidates fill out a comprehensive application at Job Empire Inc. office with two numbers of government issued identification for our records. Such as Social Insurance Number, or work permit with picture, or Passport or Driving License.

2.All candidates must take a mandatory aptitude test, which examines their English and Mathematical skills.

3.We provide WHMIS, Health and Safety and GMP training to all our employees, followed by an assessment quiz to make out how much information is being retained. Only those applicants who acquire more than 80% of the information are considered eligible.

4.All criminal and reference checks are made before the employee reports at work.

5.We Provide transportation to ensure punctuality of employees.

6.We ensure 24/7 phone service to respond instantly for any replacement/additional requirement.

7.We convene rush order round the clock and ensure that replacements or Rush order is fulfilled within three hours.

3.1 Temporary Staffing

We place our employee with your company to work on a contract or temp-to-hire basis. When the contract ends, you have the option to hire that employee without paying an extra cost

3.2 Permanent Placement

We help you find candidates for direct hire or a permanent position directly with your company.

Health & Safety Policy

We consider Health and Safety more than a legal obligation. Prevention of injury and health impairment of all people affected by the activities of the workstations is integral. Adoption and promotion of best practice in all aspects of Health and Safety at work is must. We hire the employees and train them with all legislative requirements for health and safety and make sure those rules are followed by them.

W.H.M.I.S

Before enrolment all people are made to watch and grasp the workplace hazards vis-à-vis precautionary measures, shown on video, followed by a test.

WSIB

This is in line with legal obligations as spelled out by the rules in case of any occurrence or injury. The procedure followed by us is as mentioned below:

  • First aid is provided immediately as required at the workplace and the injured person is taken to a nearby clinic/doctor’s chamber by transport/ambulance to provide further treatment within the shortest possible time.
  • Employee’s family is informed with details if hospital admission is mandatory.
  • Shift supervisor/production manager must fill out Form 6 or make an occurrence report and forward the same to the agency within 12 hours of the incident.

Agency will fill out Form 7, employee’s report of injury and fax it to the relevant authority.

  • All efforts will be made to reinstate the person after the recovery as per Doctor’s recommendation.

Personal Hygiene & Protective Equipment

All employees are briefed on protective equipment and their usage. No employee is allowed to join duty without safety shoes, with long nails, usage of nail polish, ornaments or wearing loose garments on duty.

Our Policy

Screening is done carefully to ensure each, and every individual is qualified to work for our clients. No person with asthma, any allergy, back problem, or any kind of previous major injuries is selected without doctor’s advice.

Terms & Conditions

All temporary placements carry guarantee for four-hour work. If any employee is not suitable, placement will be made if so desired. All statutory requirements of the government are followed and covered. All temporary employees are classified as “Elect to Work “Under Employment Act 2000.

We provide flexible and reliable staffing to meet ever changing business needs, be it one person for a day, or team for a week or finding a new permanent staff.

After 12 full consecutive weeks (no less than 480 hours) of temporary employment, the client may hire directly, for permanent placement, without any additional cost. To be referred to a third party for any other position within the 12-month period, the client is obligated to pay placement fee in accordance with our permanent fee schedule.

Acceptance of the services of our temporary staff or the interviewing of any candidate referred by Job Empire Inc. will be deemed as acceptance of our terms.

We accept full responsibility for supervision, direction, control of workers, after reporting at the workplace specified by the client. The Client acknowledges that Job Empire Inc. shall not be responsible for any act, neglect, or default of worker thereafter and until the client has released worker and client specifically releases Job Empire Inc. from all claims caused or arising out of any such act, neglect and default of worker and agree to indemnify Job Empire Inc. therefore.

While every effort is made by Job Empire Inc. to maintain a high standard of integrity and liability, Job Empire Inc. assume no responsibility for any loss, expense, damage or delay arising directly or indirectly as a result of any failure to provide staff for all or part of the period the booking or as result of miss conduct or negligence of the staff provided.

It is understood by the client and /or singing authority of Job Empire Inc. Staff will not entrust Job Empire Inc. employee with the handling of cash,negotiable, valuable or use client vehicle (whether leased or owned) however should a client chose a Job Empire Inc. employee operate their vehicle, it must be adequately insured by client with public liability,property damage,collision, fire and theft coverage and employee and Job Empire Inc. shall have full benefit and protection of such of insurance.
